Bert Rabbe produces these tables individually as unique, hand-crafted works of art. How he got here is a tale of many chapters. He's a native Texan, a farm boy, a brother, a husband, a father, a grandfather, an engineer, a retiree, a problem solver, a tinkerer, a bit of a philosopher, a "find another way to do something" kind of guy, a lover of music, and someone with a healthy dose of an artist's heart.

After retiring from a long career in the manufacturing world, playing golf and restarting a woodworking hobby, Bert began making furniture for family, friends, and acquaintances. In short order the "hobby" became a business building unique, custom consignment items for customers from Texas to Canada.

While Bert continues to make a number of different furniture items, the central furniture focus is on the Beraht Stream Table designs (which he thinks of as really fun sandboxes for adults!)

The rest of the time he is busy supporting other makers by tackling the sawdust portion of their production process.
